By accessing the Site or renting a vehicle from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to rent or drive any vehicle.

You must hold a valid, government-issued driver’s license.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.

We may deny rentals for any reason, including safety or fraud prevention.

2. RESERVATIONS & BOOKINGS

You may reserve a vehicle online through our Site or by contacting us directly.

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and verification of your identity and license.

We may request additional documentation (e.g., proof of address, insurance, payment authorization).

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any reservation at our discretion.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

By making a reservation, you authorize Rova Rentals to charge your provided payment method for rental fees and any additional charges.

Prices are shown at the time of booking and may vary by location, dates, or vehicle selected.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for any overdue balances or chargebacks, and we may send unpaid amounts to collections.

4. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you do not show up at the scheduled time or fail to provide required documentation (such as a valid driver’s license), we may treat the reservation as a no-show, and fees may apply.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.

5. VEHICLE PICKUP AND RETURN

Pickup and return details will be provided at the time of reservation.

You must return the vehicle by the agreed-upon time and location.

Failure to return the vehicle on time may result in additional charges or reporting the vehicle as stolen.

The vehicle must be returned in similar condition as at pickup, allowing for normal wear.

6. VEHICLE USE RESTRICTIONS

You agree that you will NOT:

Use the vehicle for any illegal purposes.

Drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance.

Allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.

Use the vehicle for ridesharing, delivery, racing, towing, or off-road driving.

Exceed local traffic laws or regulations.

We may terminate your rental immediately if you violate these rules.

7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE, LOSS, OR TICKETS

You are responsible for all damage to the vehicle occurring during your rental period, whether caused by you or a third party.

You are responsible for traffic violations, tolls, parking tickets, towing, impound fees, or any related charges.

If the vehicle is damaged, stolen, or involved in an accident, you must notify us immediately and follow all required procedures.

8. INSURANCE

You are responsible for maintaining legally required auto insurance coverage while operating the vehicle.

We may ask for proof of insurance.

Any optional insurance or coverage offered by us will be disclosed at booking (if applicable).

9. MAINTENANCE & BREAKDOWNS

If a vehicle issue occurs, contact us immediately.

Do not authorize repairs without our consent.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or a replacement vehicle, subject to availability.

10. USER ACCOUNTS (IF APPLICABLE)

You may create an account to manage reservations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

11. COMMUNICATION & SMS CONSENT

By providing your phone number or submitting a form on our Site, you agree that Rova Rentals may send you SMS/text messages, including:

Reservation confirmations

Responses to inquiries

Reminders or follow-ups

Service-related notifications

Message & data rates may apply.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
